Decentralized Gold Custody

At the first layer, PGN implements decentralized physical gold custody. This is achieved through a worldwide network of Phoenix Nodes and Phoenix Custodians, who are responsible for securely holding the physical gold on behalf of the network. This decentralized approach ensures that no single entity has control over the gold supply, minimizing risks associated with centralized storage and enhancing the security of gold holdings. The geographical dispersion of custodians and nodes also mitigates legal and business risks, providing a resilient framework for digital gold ownership.
